We were told different stories each time we talked to the owner. Oscillating between the lady not moving out, having extended her stay, or a double booking by mistake. Also the owner said he owned the hotel as well, but then the receptionist at the hotel told us that they're seperately owned and that they just cooperate.
Alright, end of story. I'll try to visit the arena in Verona today and enjoy my vacation. With a hotel I don't fret coming back to after a long day of sight seeing.
