Loaded a bitstream with a blinky, it works. Also an IBERT in there on the QSFP at 25.78125 Gb/s and on the PCIe fingers at 28 Gb/s. I wasn't expecting the PCIe fingers to do well but the BER is currently reporting 7.5e-14. That's with a $1 Gen3 through hole PCIe connector and pins bent to sort of a coplanar structure for the loopback. That's good news as it means I can shovel 448 Gb/s into this thing via the PCIe connector.
Need to make a breakout board for the debug header.
