Okay, Norway is one of the richest country but it took the lead already in 1990 [that is 30 yrs ago] in #Electrifying the country.
In doing so they took the brunt of the growing pains out of executing policy.
Any other countries should take this advantage and make real #ClimatePolicies to follow.
