Why is this such a big deal? It's now possible to use Briefcase to package your Python command line tool (or GUI tool, for that matter) in a way that it can be distributed with MDM tooling (such as Kandji or FleetDM). No need to teach users how to install Python, set up a virtual environment, or install a tool like pipx - just push the install as part of your centralize device configuration, and they get a fully functioning tool, on their path, ready to use.
