I wrote a post about some Linux kernel command line parameters I normally use to troubleshoot drivers' regressions (https://blog.dowhile0.org/2024/06/02/some-useful-linux-kernel-cmdline-debug-parameters-to-troubleshoot-driver-issues/), including the "regulator_ignore_unused" (added in Linux v6.8) parameter that can be used to prevent the regulator framework to disable regulator that are not used by any device.
