Hi - I'm trying to use model.frame on a very wide (40K cols) data.frame. This is overflowing the stack. I'd LIKE to do things the canonical way, but it feels like R isn't entirely equipped to deal with models like these. Anyone have any experience with this? If it helps: this is for a package, and this is working with biological data
