In other news, my trusty pixel 7 that I got in Nov of 2022 has got a bad case of swollen battery. ;(
I called a repair place in town, they said they could replace the battery, but... they would have to order one and they ship ground, and they might well break the screen trying to get it open.
So, I just decided to get a pixel 8a. I might still have them try and repair the 7 anyhow for a spare.
7 years of updates doesn't help much when your battery dies after 1.5. ;(
