Quite frequently when ordering food online (via thuisbezorgd.nl), there's something missing in my order. There's no way to recover your money or get the missing product, it's just missing and I'm screwed.
Customer support says that I can just go to the restaurant and discuss this (the last one was 6km from home).
I shouldn't keep ordering from a service provider that just keeps my money and doesn't deliver, but OTOH, when I'm too sick to go to the supermarket, how else am I gonna get food?
