I am home alone with the kids and haven’t been in the gym this week. So I found a running support strength training program published 5 years ago by running YouTube celeb Ben Parkes. It has some good exercises I tried today at home - all body weight only.

- reverse lunge with kicks
- squats
- one legged calf raises
- glute bridge
- plank
- crunch

Core, quads, calfs, hamstrings, glutes🤗

Felt them despite body weight “only”.
