So my depressing starting point is this
Renfe is not going to run to London, because *even if* its Series 106 were approved to run in France, the fleet is too small to bother with London
And it's not going to add to that fleet, because the train type is riddled with problems
With the Series 100 that can run to southern France ageing, this leaves all of Renfe's operations to France in the balance
Renfe urgently needs different trains. But what? From which company?
