Most people can't see the colors in the sky from the #AuroraBorealis because we live in the city and the sky is filled with too much ambient light. But you can use your phone or camera on a longer exposure and it'll show up.
I could just barely make out the reds. It just feels like a faint red cloud above.
This is south of downtown #PDX, in Milwaukie.
