1/ I'm in the UK, so my experience may be different to yours if you aren't.
I've got a lot of friends here who are looking for jobs at the moment, and one of the things I'm noticing is that the questions are getting stupider and more facetious.
Plus, the jobs are getting worse: more impossible demands, more shitty expectations.
