As luck would have it, I got to call the last jam of the title game for KCRW last night.
THAT was cool.
And I'm lucky Duane (the other announcer) is so gracious. He has 20 years on me with the league, and still gave up the last jam because it happened to fall on my turn.
It wasn't the OT jam barn burner we had last year, but it was close until the final three minutes, and the crowd was electric.
Man, I love this sport.
