Everyone is different and I am all for ADHDers treating their #ADHD in a way that makes sense to them. That disclaimer aside, while natural treatments for ADHD can be helpful for some and may very well be appropriate under certain circumstances, you can't expect them to have the same effect as a stimulant. I have never read a study showing they were able to match that level of an effect, but please correct me if I am wrong.
