This is an odd claim by OpenAI, given that non-profits definitely have several kinds of accountability that…for-profit corporations don’t?
Like, say, having to (in many cases) make their 990 tax forms public? And please their donors? And face heightened public scrutiny because the expectation is making good on their mission and not profit?
