I need a book suggestion.
I just read the entire, nineteen volume, Aubrey-Maturin series in two months. A few other things, too, but I kept being drawn back to the A-M books.
I think the real attraction was the A-M friendship and the camaraderie of the main characters. (If you know the books, I teared up when the sailors protected Jack in the stocks.) The characters themselves were very attractive as well.
Any suggestions?
