How is it Mr. Fenlon has apparently been free to share personal employee details with a competitor, but not with us?
I'm not aware of a call-out in any privacy rules that would enable the sharing of personal details without consent with a competing news agency in a case of this sort.
Did the employee consent?
Or do the "rules around employee confidentiality" only apply when it's convenient to Mr. Fenlon?
Or is it simply more BS?
