Dishwasher leaking after 11 years, so I order a new one. They pulled a swap-a-roo on the model and gave us one lower in the product lineup than requested, differing by a single letter in the model number, but also is a two-year old model.
Now I've gotta tilt at windmills, swim upstream, etc. to get them to fix it.
