the sad part is, the game shouldn't be misinformative. it's tongue in cheek and stylized enough that it should just be a funny time, but there are so many people with no sense of irony who think this is like Saurian in that it's rigorously scientifically correct.
please get out of the mindset that ARK is scientifically accurate. it is about as scientifically correct as Fallout.
