Now let's see what we can do about the slow deploys. We're currently around 20 minutes, the majority of which is compiling. Some thing I could do:
1. Compile on an x86 box to avoid qemu
2. Cache deps compiles, since the program itself isn't that slow
3. Get rid of sqlx in the image
4. Cross-compile outside docker and just use docker as run env (deps would be locally cached instead)
