Simulated Practice Learning
So... This week was possibly one of the most gratifying experiences I've had since joining academia. Since the COVID pandemic, the NMC had been giving permission to universities to implement something called Simulated Practice Learning. This was done when nursing students were to begin with not allowed to go onto placement. So universities had to provide students with placement hours in other forms.
