The electric stove is here!
Slowly but surely this little house will be updated for the next generation, who may prefer electric over gas appliances.
All gas appliances are now confined to the utility room (dryer, backup furnace, water tank.)
No gas in the living spaces of the house! 😺
A Samsung radiant cooktop with a flexible double oven below. It has replaced a Samsung gas cooktop and oven. It has an interesting oven door that is hinged in the middle allowing one to open just half of the oven and use the upper racks or broiler. The oven door can also open fully revealing a full oven. I doubt I'll ever use the full oven but it's nice to have this option. Using just the top oven saves energy too! It's also possible to use both top and bottom ovens independently with different temperatures! Magic!
