UX idea I hope e-mail software developers steal:
"contextual reply chain subject continuation warning".
🦥Behaviour:
People reply to a mail from an old mail conversation wanting to contact the same person. Easier than creating a new mail, looking for the person's mail address and then starting off writing.
🙊Problem:
User forgets to change the old subject line that is usually not of relevance anymore.
🤖Solution:
If mailchain is older than x days, warn user about old subject.
