After playing this evening a bit Fallout 4 Next Gen Update, I would like to come to the following conclusion:
It's nothing to celebrate.
1) Ultra-wide screen can be selected but it's is just stretched
2) Loading screens, i.e. loading cells (internal, world) has doubled
3) Items, weapons, armor, decorations, etc. are added
4) Small quests are added, in total between 3 - 6 hours (I guess 6 hours in survival mode)
