🏃♀️ #Fartlek: 45s slow + 15s fast (x30)
To avoid further knee issues I've decided to start doing a proper warm-up. This brings my pre-run time to 15' (10' walk + 5' warm-up) but it makes all the difference.
Interestingly the break hasn't affected my speed much on fartleks. I'm 3s/km slower, but I also carry a water flask now, so that might be the reason.
