ok 5 episodes in, Kaiju 8 is fantastic. right up there with Erased and Noragami. quality animation, fun & well-written characters, mature story, good pacing...
the only thing i will complain about is the music. it's genuinely horrendous, just the worst pop trash you can imagine. whoever's responsible for that music choice, a pox on you.
