Hmm, watched the latest episode of #DoctorWho earlier and… damn, that was a way better story than I expected.
And I suspect a large part of that is because the reveal (almost everyone in the city is racist as hell) is done so subtly and cleverly it’s genuinely incredible to see.
Like, just about everything Lindy says and does could be seen as ageist or classist too, and you only notice the race angle if you’re looking for it (or have seen the ending)
