Every few years I give #Python a try and each time I'm scared away in pain because the community still has not solved the simple task of locally installing dependencies.
Today only using the option `--break-system-packages` worked after failing attempts with pip, pipx, pyenv, venv, conda, poetry, and maybe more. #wtf
