And from a technical standpoint, AR like the Vision Pro can be better because you can see the controls in your sim rig while fully simulating the view from the cockpit in every direction.
But for “main street,” the point is to generate an emotional response. Sit down. Fly the plane. Get into VR.
VR makes some people queasy… Because of refresh rates and resolutions throwing our brains off. Vision Pro may solve this thanks to it being a very high-end unit by amateur standards.
