Pressure washer wanted fixing. The pressure switch was sticking more and more, so I took that off.
Turns out it wasn't the culprit, but the evidence inside was clear, the plastic pin in the pump head that rises with pressure was worn.
Stripped the pump head, sanded the plastic pin and removed a shim that seemed to be just for wear adjustment.
Reassembled with waterproof grease. And 15-W40 in the swash plate head.
Working like it should again.

Bog standard brown plastic momentary switch with a white plastic swivel that is held down by a spring and pushed up by the pin from the pump head. This flimsy plastic crap costs €32 if you want a spare.
Evidence item 1: Black plastic chips where the pin from the pump housing enters the switch case.
Black plastic triple-head pump housing on the left, cap with seal and detergent injector at the top, pressure pin with return sprink in the center. The pin is visibly frayed and worn.
Yard in front of the garage. One concrete plate has been pressure washed and another has a smiley face washed into it. The culprit, a yellow pressure washer, is lurking near the deed, hoses and power still connected.
