We have some garden lights over a plant and they have been working for a year or more !
Boss says, plant needs trimming so best remove the lights
Yeah, right !
Plant has grown to be almost part of the lights.
I very delicately untangled the lights and laid them on the bench.
Lights evidently didn't like the move as they no longer work !
Having made three joints in the cable last year, I suspected one of those.
Turns out to be a corroded connection INSIDE the control box.
Wife says I am tight and should buy new ones.
Am I the only one who tries to fix cheap tat .
Control box for cheap set of lights that I am determined to solder and make work !
