A WREATH OF REMEMBRANCE
Following its custom for the past 18 years, the West Coasters’ Association will place a wreath of on the statue of the late Right Hon. R. J. in grounds at 11 a.m. to-morrow. The surviving Ministers of Mr. Seddon’s last Ministry will be present. The public are invited to attend the ceremony.
