After 90mins of getting battered with Korean grammar, I am indulging the comfort of having a Rosen Pils at Schwarze Pumpe. In a twist of fate, one of the two people running the place tonight is a half-Korean. As always, she's rather amused at my insufficient attempts at speaking a few words in Korean.
(The Schwarze Pumpe pub opened shortly after I had moved into this area almost 25 years ago, and is the last place in the area still standing. Everything else I knew when I lived here is gone.)
