so far so good on my Raspberry Shake deploy. the company sell their own outdoor enclosure but it's an even spendier upgrade — improvised my own with a cheap ammo box and a couple bulkhead fittings
a plastic toolbox-looking thing buried up to its neck in the ground next to some beehives. a white tube and a blue cable are attached
the lid flopped open, one can see within the box an air tube and a network cable corresponding to each of the ones outside the vault. and a (fake) red (concrete) brick atop basically everything else down below where the connections lead
