Something I'm curious about.
When you're using a SQL database, you generally keep migrations in your projects, so that all environments (development, test, staging, prod) have the same schema.
But what about schemaless databases (such as #mongodb, #couchdb, etc)? Sure, schema is less important, but you still have collections, indices (or in the case of CouchDB, design documents)...
How do you keep those synchronized?
