Got a survey for Google Maps’ fake-AI automation experiment after I tried it.

Was unimpressed for myself, more concerned for users with disabilities who need it to be right before traveling to a place (only to encounter barriers).

It produced none, despite there being some, and instead offered me inaccessible options starting three miles away.” In what ways was the new experience particularly helpful, if at all? My answer: “Not at all helpful.” In what ways does the new experience need to be improved, if any? My answer: “Probably use the tagged information instead of trying to parse reviews?”
