"Früher sind die Tiefs schnell von West nach Ost gezogen. Da gab es kurze regnerische Wetterphasen. Wegen der gestörten Westwindzirkulation haben wir jetzt aber entweder längere feuchte Regenphasen oder länger anhaltende Dürre und Hitzeperioden."
