Glasnudelsalat, der klassische. Mit Ausnahme der Paprika Streifen. Ich reagiere leider auf frische Gurke. Daher suche ich immer nach Ersatz. Zutaten:
Glasnudeln
Morcheln (Black Fungus)
Gurkenstreifen
Bambusstreifen (Dose)
Huhn (aus Dampfer mit Gemüse)
Knoblauch (dezent/ordentlich)
Abschmecken mit:
Salz (nicht jodiert!)
Pfeffer
Zitronensaft
Hauch Sud aus dem Dampfer
