Klar ist, dass eine Behörde, obwohl das grundgesetzlich verankerte Recht auf Einzelfallprüfung besteht angesichts der immensen Zahl der Fälle, dem nicht gerecht werden kann.
Dort aber, wo in besonderen eine Halbwegs-Lösung über ein Kirchenasyl machbar wäre/ist, eine Behörde trotzdem auf ihren Dogmen festhält und Asylbewerber aus diesem Asyl reißt um sie an das zu erst "betretene Land abschiebt, widerspricht eklatant des Hauptartikels des GG, die Würde des Menschen zu achten.
